# How-To Steps:
01 - Add the chopped romaine heart, packed baby spinach, frozen banana slices, chopped apple, lemon juice, fresh mint leaves, and chia seeds to a high-speed blender.
02 - Pour the filtered water into the blender with the other ingredients.
